WA Small Business Benchmarks (WASBB)
Curtin Business School researchers have developed a diagnostic tool to facilitate online benchmarking of small business performance. The tool will assist in tracking and comparing profitability, efficiency and returns on effort and investment with other similar businesses in WA. The process has been refined over the past two years to be quick and simple for owners to complete. Once completed, the owner is given an immediate comparative ranking known as SB2 (Small Business Success Benchmark) and ongoing access to their own industry/business type indicators. This tool is designed to supplement more complex financial benchmarking techniques that are already commercially available.
